Return Policy

Notes:

Operating System: All our PC's are shipped out with Windows pre-installed and activated.


Drivers: All our PC's are shipped out with all the necessary drivers/updates installed and up to date.


Shipping: All our PC's are shipped out within 3 business days. We only ship within the United States at the moment.


RGB: All necessary information regarding your PC's lighting configurations will be listed under the listing's description.


Wi-Fi: Due to not every PC having on board wireless Wi-Fi, we offer Wi-Fi adapters at an additional cost. 

Warranty:

Parts Disclosure: Parts labeled '[New]' are brand new. Our PC's may consist of new and refurbished parts which in return offer competitive prices to our customers. Refurbished components have been thoroughly inspected and tested to ensure reliability.


Shipping Insurance: We insure all our PC's to protect both the buyer and us during shipment.


Ensuring Working Order: All our PC's are benchmarked and stress tested to ensure the PC is in proper working order. We record the building, packing, and benchmarking process.

Tech Support: We offer a 14-Day Tech Support service. Contact us and let us know what you need help with, and we will help you!

Returns:

Immediate returns are only offered for PC's that arrive DOA (Dead On Arrival). The buyer must contact us within 48 hours of arrival to be eligible for a return. We will attempt to find a solution, but if no solution can be met, the return request will proceed.

For non DOA returns, we offer a 14-day return window from the delivery date. The buyer will be required to pay for the shipment back to us.

All PC's must be shipped back in the same condition it was received to ensure a safe arrival. This includes all original packaging materials and parts.  Additional packaging materials is recommended. Failure to safely ship back the system can result in a deduction from the original refund amount. We highly recommend the buyer insure the shipment which could cover any damage/losses during shipping.

Refunds will be sent out within 3 business days while we inspect both the system and record all serial numbers.

Returns will be denied if the buyer tries to troubleshoot their system without contacting us first.
